Amy Atkinson was extremely helpful with my search in finding a new home. I had to move suddenly into a rental home and Amy was able to quickly locate homes within my price point and desired area. Because the rental market was so scarce she was always quick and diligent in contacting other agents and working with comps to insure I had a fair price. She followed up with agents and kept me on my toes by reminding me of documents I needed to submit. Amy was always professional and when I spoke with other agents, they often commented on the wonderful job Amy did with everything. In the end, I rented a home that did not give commission to other agents. Even with this decision, Amy still followed up with me to ensure I had a good moving experience and make sure everything was okay with my new home. From Start to Finish. Amy made the process of buying a house very easy and understandable. My college aged daughter found Amy and requested information on a couple houses. My daughter then forwarded my contact information to Amy.
Toured the first house we had interest in the very next day. Two houses later we found our house. Interest in the house was high. Sellers agent wanted best and final offers by 6pm. Amy changed her schedule and we were able to walk through the house two hours earlier than planned.
Amy advised on a plan to make sure we got the house we wanted. That night my offer was accepted. 2 days later we had the house inspected and Amy met with my daughter and I at the house to go over the inspection. She wrote up what I wanted fixed to go on with the purchase and the Sellers agreed to everything Amy and I asked for.
Day of closing, Amy met with us to do final walkthrough. After closing Amy had two very special house warming gifts that I will proudly display forever.
2-3 weeks after closing I reached out to Amy because I had some questions about my new house. Amy didn't hesitate to find the answers and responded within an hour.
I can't recommend Amy enough.

When you're looking for experience and "know-how", look no further than Amy. We started with Amy in Nov. 2021 and she patiently helped us search for our new home until April 2022. We had a very long list of requirements, since we take care of our elderly uncle and essentially needed 2 homes in 1. Also, being a young family, we needed plenty of outdoor space to keep our kiddos active. Amy helped us find our perfect home that had everything we needed and then some. We actually did not think we would be able to get into this house, but with some advise from Amy and her keen skills to find neat programs that made our offer most attractive, she was able to nail down our 'little slice of paradise' and we had an accepted offer within a weekend. After the offer was accepted, the 'fun' wasn't over. Managing details like the sale of our last home and a few mitigation issues was not easy, but Amy helped us through each and every detail, making sure we were timely to turn things in so everything flowed seamlessly. I would highly recommend Amy for your next real-estate transaction. Whether you are selling, buying, or both, Amy will make sure every ' I is dotted and t crossed'. She's a master at communication (even answering my late-night texts when I was drooling over potential homes), nailing every little minute detail so your transactions go smoothly. Though house-buying or selling can be head spinning, Amy works her hardest to try and minimize stress as much as possible.
